26&2 Hot Yoga originates from the Ghosh Lineage of Hatha Yoga. This system of Yoga was practiced in Calcutta in the early 1900's. 26&2 was made popular in the west by Bikram. However, this lineage extends back farther with a set of values and traditions that are rooted in early Yogic texts and philosophies. Ghosh Yoga creates healthy bodies and still minds. Its signature is the use of stillness immediately following Yoga postures. The interplay of tension and release emphasizes relaxation immediately following strenuous effort. This class is heated to 105 degrees and contains within it 2 breathing exercises and 26 poses. This style of Yoga has proven effective for millions of practitioners the world over. You’ll stretch deeper, more safely, and see changes rapidly. Just make sure you come hydrated because we like it hot!

Our Express hot yoga class is appropriate for all ability levels. Just like in 26 & 2 Yoga, this class will take you through a series of 26 poses and two breathing exercises, and it’s performed in a room that is 105 degrees Fahrenheit.

Inferno Hot Pilates is a 60-minute class that combines the best of both worlds of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with principals from Pilates. Like many of our classes, it’s performed in a heated room. This helps to increase circulation and improve your results. When you attend this class regularly, you’ll soon develop long, lean muscle, you’ll burn fat and you’ll improve your overall fitness and muscle tone. Don’t forget to bring a mat, a towel and plenty of water, just like you would for a hot yoga class!

Hot Vinyasa is a 75-minute class, and it is focused on keeping a consistent pace and maintaining fluid movements. These classes take place in a room heated to about 90 degrees Fahrenheit, and they are a great first step if you’re new to hot yoga. In Hot Vinyasa, you’ll go through a series of poses that have been strung together seamlessly, while focusing on your breath throughout each one. No two Hot Vinyasa classes are alike, because each one takes you through a variety of different poses.

Yin Yoga is a 75-minute class that will provide you with a whole-body experience like no other. This floor-based, slow-moving heated class will tap into your body’s subtle energy, preparing you to plunge into all new depths of awareness. Yin Yoga Classes are held in a room with an atmosphere designed to calm the mind so that you may focus intently on the sensation and feel of your body. In this class, you're encouraged to use your intuition to control the depth and intensity of the postures which will be held for longer periods of time, up to 5 minutes. You'll leave feeling brand new!
