Bikram is a form of Hatha Yoga practiced in a heated room, and it consists of two breathing exercises — pranayamas — and a series of 26 poses — asanas. Because of the heat, you’ll get a deeper stretch, allowing change to happen in your body faster. With a regular Bikram practice, you’ll enjoy increased flexibility, strength and mental ease. Just make sure you come hydrated because we like it hot!
Our 60-minute hot yoga class is appropriate for all ability levels. Just like in Bikram Yoga, this class will take you through a series of 26 poses and two breathing exercises, and it’s performed in a room that is 105 degrees Fahrenheit.
Inferno Hot Pilates is a 60-minute class that combines the best of both worlds of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with principals from Pilates. Like many of our classes, it’s performed in a heated room. This helps to increase circulation and improve your results. When you attend this class regularly, you’ll soon develop long, lean muscle, you’ll burn fat and you’ll improve your overall fitness and muscle tone. Don’t forget to bring a mat, a towel and plenty of water, just like you would for a hot yoga class!
Warm Vinyasa is a 75-minute class, and it is focused on keeping a consistent pace and maintaining fluid movements. These classes take place in a room heated to about 90 degrees Fahrenheit, and they are a great first step if you’re new to hot yoga. In Warm Vinyasa, you’ll go through a series of poses that have been strung together seamlessly, while focusing on your breath throughout each one. No two Warm Vinyasa classes are alike, because each one takes you through a variety of different poses.
Spa Yoga is a 75-minute class that will provide you with a whole-body experience like no other. This floor-based, flow class will tap into your body’s subtle energy, preparing you to plunge into all new depths of awareness. Spa Yoga Classes are held in a room with an atmosphere designed to calm and delight the senses, and you’ll enjoy hands-on guidance and massages from your instructor. This yoga class will make you feel like you’ve spent the day at the spa!
