26&2 Hot Yoga originates from the Ghosh Lineage of Hatha Yoga. This system of Yoga was practiced in Calcutta in the early 1900's. 26&2 was made popular in the west by Bikram. However, this lineage extends back farther with a set of values and traditions that are rooted in early Yogic texts and philosophies. Ghosh Yoga creates healthy bodies and still minds. Its signature is the use of stillness immediately following Yoga postures. The interplay of tension and release emphasizes relaxation immediately following strenuous effort. This class is heated to a minimum of 105 degrees and consists of 2 breathing exercises and 26 poses. This style of Yoga has proven effective for millions of practitioners the world over. You’ll stretch deeper, more safely, and see changes rapidly. Just make sure you come hydrated because we like it hot!

Express hot yoga is a quicker pace and provides more cardio vascular exercise than the 90min class. It is appropriate for all ability levels. Just like in 90 minute 26&2 Hot Yoga, this class will take you through a series of 26 poses and two breathing exercises performed in a room heated to 105+ degrees.

Inferno Hot Pilates is a 60-minute class that combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Pilates principals. Like all of our classes, it’s performed in a heated room helping to increase circulation and improve your results. When you attend this class regularly, you’ll develop long, lean muscle, you’ll burn fat and you’ll improve your overall fitness and muscle tone. Bring a mat, towel and plenty of water, just like you would for a hot yoga class!

Yinyasa is a heated class that combines the fluid movements of vinyasa with the longer holds of a yin yoga class. This class is great for upper body strength, shoulder mobility, hip flexibility and lower back pain relief. Practitioners should expect to get sweaty and be challenged. Come hydrated.

Yin Yoga invites you to relax your muscles and access your fascia! This class is a great balance to more physically demanding modalities and the repetitive motion of work life. A yin practice asks you to be still and breathe so you can feel your connective tissue stretching. Fascia is the web-like structure of fluid filled ducts that fills the space between muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons, organs and bones. When your body has hydrated fascia you’ll experience less pain, greater ease of movement and over time, better flexibility. This meditative, floor-based heated class will tap into your body’s subtle energy and encourage you to use intuition to control the depth and intensity of your postures. You'll leave feeling relaxed and renewed.
