In compliance with city and federal guidelines, we are taking necessary precautions to keep our students safe. We have a full schedule of online classes, on-demand classes, and are hosting live classes with limited capacity. Please wear a mask in our building as we share the space with a another small business that instructs dance to children. We believe that yoga creates healthy minds and bodies. Keep practicing.
